Nickel-plated PL-259 UHF Male crimp connector for LMR®-400, 213, 214 and RG-8. This high quality 50 Ohm UHF Male PL-259 connector with solder center pin features a silver-plated brass center pin, PTFE dielectric and a silver plated brass body & crimp ferrule. PL-259 connector, commonly referred to as the UHF Male connector. Teflon dielectric. They mate up with the female UHF SO-239. They are commonly used for Amateur Radio Equipment, HAM Radio Antennas and CB Radio applications up to 1000W. Also, remember that these cannot be used on the smaller coax such as RG-8X..... These connectors are only for the larger RG8, LM400, 213, Etc.
This connector fits the following cable types:

Excellent quality.  There is no way I could achieve as good a braid/shell connection by soldering and crimping does not cause the damage to the dielectric that heat causes.
