This new Retevis RHD-771 high-gain whip antenna will fit many of the newer radios currently in use. Has the SMA male required to go into the female connector on most of these radios. Similar to the NA-771 SMA-M 144/430MHz Dual Band Antenna that you see however, I feel this one is better. Great SWR readings.
