An economical, high-performance 3-blade coaxial stripper with ergonomic design! Performs two or three-level stripping of coaxial cables. Strips outer jacket, shield braid and inner dielectric. Adjustable blade depth for different coaxial cable thickness and connector types. This unit makes it easy to have the right preset stripper for the job. If you need to adjust the blades, the hex key makes it easy to set the cutting depth. The slider on the top of the stripper makes it quick to select the proper depth for the coaxial cable you're using. Self-regulating tension means that you don't have to hold the jaws down on the cable. Just insert the cable and spin the tool in the direction of the arrow on the side! Go 360 in one direction then, 360 in the other a few times then "You got it"! Typical retail in those big box stores is around $35.00!

Some helpful hints:

Putting "F" connectors on coaxial cable requires a two-or three-step strip on the end of the cable, depending on the connector. This dedicated tool we sell here makes the job quick and accurate. Read the packaging to match the stripper to the type of coaxial cable you’re using. My Stripper will work on common 75 Ohm coaxial cables such as RG-6, RG-6 Quad, and RG-59 With the proper settings it will function great on ham radio 50 Ohm RG58 and RG8X as well. Read the lettering on the PVC jacket to determine whether your coaxial cable is RG-58, RG-59 or RG-6, etc and adjust the slide on top of the cutter to match your cable type. Make a practice cut or two and adjust the blades if necessary. this tool works super with all the new compression connectors including RCA, BNC and F TV types.
